Sweet old dbx comps. One unit Missing one knob barrel and the end of another.
The i/o jacks are worn, you have to check that cables are inserted after transport. Once they are in they stay but they can jostle out in transport. Sounds like a hassle but it wasn't that way for me in my pa setup. I would place the rack and souble check the i/o's to be sure and forget it. Still at some point those jack's ought to be replaced.
Cosmetically both units are in decent shape with some minor rack rash. OK - so that's the bad ...
The good news is that it's a very nice sounding very smooth comp. It has the old DBX over easy cicuit and they sound really nice to me.
These were pulls from a down it's luck studio. They would slip into a home recording setup sweetly or like I did - use 'em for PA. I ran them as vocal comp's on the channel inserts. Very nice. These are hard wired unit's and do not require a wall wart.
Per unit $115 shipped and paypal'ed in the conus. Got an offer - run it past me!
