Thinking about pulling the Demeter preamp out of my older Benavente (2004) and going to the current stock version. Any interest out there for this piece? Not sure of the model, but it's wired Vol/blend/bass boost only/mid boost&cut/treble boost& cut. 9V operation.
Have no idea what to price it at, so, for the Mods, I'll start at $125 OBO for the preamp only. I'll include the pots for an extra $25.
BEAR IN MIND THESE PARTS ARE STILL INSTALLED IN A WORKING BASS AT THIS TIME! If you're interested, we can make an agreement and I'll ship the bass off to Brian Barrett, have my bass upgraded and the parts removed. Once I get the parts back, we can complete the sale.
I'll not ask for payment until parts are out of my bass, boxed, and ready to ship to you -- just your gentleman's committment to buy so that I'll know they're "sold". Gotta pre-fund my repairs, as it were.
