I'm running the same setup, except I have the older, non-"s" Demeter. Same pwr conditioner and same Mackie (why didn't they figure out how to make light amps when I bought this beast???), and I love it. Clean, sweet axe-i-licious tone. If you're looking for something that is pretty much colorless, the Dem'll do it! Throw a monster like the Mackie behind it, and damn you gots some loud, clean tone!!
