Hey everyone! My Mike Lull P5 is on the chopping block. Bought this a month ago from TBer Freddy-G. After playing my Reverend and SR5 for so long, I can't get used to the wide string spacing (19mm I believe) of the Lull and I just don't have the chops on this bass like I do on my others (I have small hands). So here goes:
Olympic white
Tortoise Shell pickguard
35" scale length
Beautiful Rosewood fingerboard (possibly Brazilian)
Graphite reinforced Eastern Rock Maple neck
Basslines custom wound pickup
Top routed passive electronics
Hipshot Ultralite tuners
Aluminum bridge
Bone nut
12" radius fingerboard
1-7/8" nut width
21 frets
Mike Lull gig bag
This bass sounds HUGE and the low B is very nice. Classic P-bass tone, but with a low B! String through low B. Plays beautifully and not too heavy. Balances nicely. Overall joy to play. If this bass had slightly narrower string spacing, I would not be selling it. I am almost 100% sure that the fretboard is Brazilian Rosewood due to the grain and orangey colors in the wood. I will email Mike Lull to find out for sure though. Until then, you guys/gals can see for yourself in the pics.
Looking to get $1500 shipped to the continental US. That price is firm!!
As for trades I'm really looking to get another Reverend 5 string of some sort. If you have one, talk to me. I will flex with the value of this bass if (and only if) a Reverend 5 is involved. I'm also open to other trade offers, so shoot them at me.
If you have any questions, please ask!!!
