I just pulled these out of my 2004 American Deluxe Jazz 5er. They are the noiseless, stacked pickups used for several years by Fender. They have a gold script that says "Noiseless" on the pickup cover. The are truly hum free when singled. The pickups are in perfect working condition and only have minor cosmetic wear (the noiseless script is starting to wear off of the neck pickup)
