I recently acquired this bass from a buddy in town and it's turning out not to be the one for me. I keep falling back to my MM jazz bass.
The bass is in excellent shape. There are a couple of nics near the bottom of the bass and a tiny lil fleck of paint missing on the corner of the headstock. There is a hairline scratch(surface) on the back of the neck. The scratch is purely cosmetic as playability does not suffer I tried to show these blems in the pictures below as best as I could. The neck shot is mostly glare and not the scratch.... it is small.
The bass does not come with the rear pickguard. It does come with a hardshell Ibanez case.
It really is nice to have the Ibanez case because really.... who is going to go out of their way to steal an Ibanez?
Nobody will ever think it is a Ric. Extra protection!
