Just so I don't blow up anything -

What exactly is a "line out" from a combo amp used for?

I think it means I could run a signal to a mixer or PA while still using the combo's own speaker - that way the amp acts as a monitor while the PA handles the main sound to the room. Close?

I'm looking at the Commando to use with my Schecter Hellcat VI. I'd like to use it as a practice amp instead of the guitar amps I have been using, and possibly for small gigs. Can I run the line out to a second amp? What would happen if I ran the line out to another speaker cab?
