Ok, so I have this little amp. I just got an Acme Low B-1, and I honestly never really used this anyways. This little combo has 150 watts into 4 ohms, a single 12", stereo chorus, compression, and all kinds of other goodies. It's in pretty good shape, with only a few scratches here and there. Did I mention this thing is all aluminum? I'm not certain exactly what it weighs, but my B-1 definitely weighs more. I'm guessing around the low 20 lb range.

Now... the issues. The amp works just fine. However, sometimes when you turn it on, there is a high pitched squeeling that comes from it. It did that just a few minutes ago. I turned it back off, turned it back on, and the noise was gone. Played and sounded great. So... it looks like it may need a repair of some kind. It also has a couple of mildly scratchy pots, but that lessened with a few turns. Probably just needs a shot of contact cleaner. I don't want to mess with it, as I'm not going to use it anyways. Thus... my low price! As you can see here,http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/GallienKrueger-MB150E112-150-Watt-MicroBass-Combo?sku=482568&src=3SOSWXXA these little suckers are spendy new!

I'm asking $250 shipped for this one. If you feel the price is unreasonable, please make me an offer! I'm also open to trades. I'm most interested in something like an Aphex bass exciter pedal, perhaps a Zoom pedal, one of those tascam bass practice devices that plays CD's or MP3's and you can slow it down and such. Other than that, make me offers! The worst that can happen is I can say no. :) I have crappy pics, but it gives you an idea anyways. The manual is linked in the MF link above. Thanks for looking!

I have the simpler version-the MB150S and it is a great little amp with a huge sound. It puts out 100 watts into its internal 8 ohm speaker and 150 watts when used with an 8 ohm extension. It weighs 26 lbs and is really easy to carry. GK makes an extension cabinet that matches it that weighs 16 lbs. It's not an amp for loud gigs but is beautiful for quieter jazz gigs, acoustic groups and the like. It also mics up very well for recording.
