I took this bass in a trade quite recently with the intention of testing out the "p-bass vibe" that is so often described here. As it stands, I wasn't very happy with the tone I was getting with my playstyle. That being said, I'd like to move closer to the jazz tone.
This is an '04 Bob Glaub Skyline, Candy Apple Red, Vintage White pguard (almost a light mint color), Rosewood Fretboard. Standard 1.75" nut. In great condition, some minor swirling and usage, but no standout deficiencies. Comes with Lakland HSC.
I'd really love to get a solid jazz bass for this:
Lakland: JO4, DJ4...
Fender: Am. Standard Jazz, etc.
Or, I guess I could part with it for $800 plus shipping CONUS.
