This is a continuation of the string order I started yesterday. I hadn't thought things through and forgot to add the cost of people covering their own Paypal fees. Next time we do this (and if I like these strings I'll be doing this again) I'll have things better organized.
I want to get a group order going for Carvin strings. I've heard here on TB that these are good strings in general and great strings for the price. They're made by Labella and are $10 for a 4-string set, $13 for a 5-string set, and $16 for a 6-string set.

The kicker is that shipping is $11, so if you're buying one set then your 5-string set now costs $24. The good thing is that adding sets to the order doesn't increase the shipping - still $11.
My goal was to get a 5 set order going. That would be $2.20 of the shipping plus $.90 to cover your own Paypal fees and $.90 to pay for postage when I ship your order from my house to your house.
With 5 orders a:
4-string set would cost: $14 ($10 + $2.20 + $.90 + $.90)
5-string set would cost: $17 ($13 + $2.20 + $.90 + $.90)
6-string set would cost: $20 ($16 + $2.20 + $.90 + $.90)
At last count in the previous thread we had 9 orders going:
I'm down for two sets.
dcr is down for one set.
Grateful is down for one set.
musicelectronix is down for two sets.
bluesrx is down for two or three sets.
With 8 sets the cost breakdown is:
4-string set would cost: $13.20 ($10 + $1.40 + $.90 + $.90)
5-string set would cost: $16.20 ($13 + $1.40 + $.90 + $.90)
6-string set would cost: $19.20 ($16 + $1.40 + $.90 + $.90)
