Hey Y'all, up for sale is my near mint Fender Custom Classic J5 - Ash body in Ebony Transparent Nitro finish, Maple neck & fretboard, pearl block inlays and pickguard, Fender preamp & Noiseless Jazz pickups, Schaller straplocks. Comes w/ deluxe case & case candy (tools, cable, strap, certificate of authenticity).
I got this back in Sept '07 after a 10 month wait, barely gigged and is in mint condition... The only flaw is a small hairline finish crack by the neckjoint on the upper cutaway - noticed it about a week after I got the bass and I do no know how it got there - but it hasn't gotten any bigger since so I feel secure about it.
Truly the best Fender 5'er I've ever played with Custom Shop appointments all around. I hate to get rid of it but I need to cover other expenses - so with that said, sorry no trades.
