It is in great condition, and functions perfectly. It comes with the original Genz Benz footswitch, a 4-space SKB Roll-X rolling rack case, which has a retractable handle and wheels for easy transport, and a two-space locking rack drawer (with key, obviously). Everything is in great condition, and shows nothing more than normal signs of use. Everything functions as new. $450 + Shipping.

I wish you the best. I had a similar incident and got burned on here. Not saying YOU will, but good luck.

I just bought a Genz cab from him and he seemed like a nice guy ( I was able to pick it up at his home as I am local ) I used the head to test the cabinet. Don't know if this helps but I saw the post and thoughtb I'd mention it.

Just for the record, I was first in line for this and asked for a paypal address. I was advised all I needed to do was pay and it was mine. By the time I got back to the internet the same day (due to being at worK) he went ahead and sold it.

Not exactly how many of us do business on here.

I just wanted to point that out.

I hope it's just a lazy shipper thing, if you paid by Paypal and he didn't ship it yet I would file a Paypal claim. He hasn't been on these boards not even for one post since he confirmed you bought the amp 10 days ago.

i'm not jumping to any conclusions at this point.
that would make me sad, i've been buying and selling here for years
without any problems... one of the best things about this site!
if things go south i'll post a full copy of our discourse
and take appropriate legal action, but i really hope he's
just tied up away from the net....

I agree thats not good. I buy and sell a lot on Audiogon and I would not care much for that either. Nor would I care for a shipping delay without a great deal of communication.

No offence, but I'm glad you saw this before I did. I definately would have bought this for that price. I owned one of these 3 years ago and regret ever selling it. The price alone is good, plus the rolling case. I hope you get this resolved, or get the amp. Pref. the amp. Killer piece of gear. Good luck.
