I believe this is a DS-3. The pole pieces are about 19 mm center to center. Please note - MM's are small and hard oto measure with my tools.
The pickup itself is in very good condition - there may be a cosmetic blemish on it - I really haven't looked it over all that well. 100% operational - sounds like a kick booty Dark Star should.
