Wow, that looks like one I sold back in the late 80's, any idea how old it is?

This is a real good price for this- I rarely see them, period. Handmade in the USA!

Bump for a spectacular specimen of a Hamer B8s. Currently, this sits atop my list of "Holy Grail" basses. Unfortunately, I'm poor as hell at the moment. Is this still for sale? How do you like its tone?

I don't know I've never had to adjust it, I can check though.

I should have edited that post since I see now I didn't make any sense....there are 3 things that I see on this bass and 2 of them tell me this is an older one or at least older than mine which was built in 95:

Stadium Logo: the larger Hamer logo was used and on the later ones it was smaller.
Single Truss rod: judging by the size of the cover my guess it has the single which later on was changed to a dual design.

The third thing I see is the PU spacing is closer than on mine. Might have been spec or a custom request. Regardless good luck selling. These are rare and well made basses!

I'm guessing that its from somewhere between 1986 - 1987, judging from the pickup placement. It is most definitely a single truss...
