OK. So I thought I wanted to gig with combo amps. Turns out, I was much happier with a more traditional rig. So - now it's time to flip it all back to where I was before (or somewhere similar).

All items are priced without shipping costs. Willing to ship anything but the big monster cab. Just too much. Also willing to deliver within a few hours of Kansas City (any of the gear) for a negotiable amount of GAS money. All items in excellent to very good condition, any known issues are noted in the ad.

Anything I don't have pictures of, I will have soon.

Trace Elliot V-Type 1x15 Combo. It's the Trace V-Type 300 head in a 1x15 combo configuration. Will power an 8 ohm extension cabinet in addition to the internal speaker. Killer sounding combo, just not where I am musically.

The only known issue is that the sleeve has come off of the speaker cable in the back:

Next: Fender Bassman 250/210 Combo. (Currently no pics, will shoot some this evening).

Nice little combo, with some minor damage on the knobs. I may have messed up a speaker in this at my last gig, but I have a pair of upgrade/replacements in the garage I will install before selling. Will test things out and post results here.

Also - I have removed the original tweeter and crossover, and replaced them with an Eminence 2-way passive crossover and a Galaxy mid-driver. Seemed to drastically improve the sound.

Still haven't tested the speakers yet. Will do that tonight also.

The Monster. Home-Brewed 16x5 cab. Loaded with Dayton drivers.

Since this photo, I've added casters and a grille. The grille is unfinished expanded aluminum sheet, and really sets off the aluminum cones of the drivers. Made of 3/4" high-quality plywood, internally braced. Duratex covering with a couple of scratches in it. Very solid cabinet. Not as heavy as you'd think, but not a featherweight either.

I've got more than $400 in this cab.

Tube Works RT-2100 Guitar combo. Yes, I know it's a guitar amp, but I couldn't see starting another thread just for this.

100 watts, tube preamp solid state power. Three channels (clean/dirty/stacked). Couple of scratchy pots, but nothing a little contact cleaner won't fix. Includes non-original, but functional footswitch.

Genz Benz ML-200 Combo. 200 watts, 1x15 speaker. Some noisy pots, and the high EQ knob is busted off. Sounds fine as-is, but I think you could still adjust the level with a small flat screwdriver. Kickback/monitor style cabinet.

No pics, will post later.

Rubber covering is coming off of the handle, could be fixed with tape or a new generic handle. Some scratches/dings in the carpet, nothing terrible.

Trade interests:

Heads. I want a new head. Would prefer something small and light (Markbass, GK MB2 series, GB Shuttle, etc) but willing to consider most any realistic offers. Not interested in Ampeg unless it's an SVT-2 or -4 Pro. Genz, Gallien, Eden, Aguilar, SWR - pretty much any of the "big names". No Behringer please, I have trust issues.

Also looking for a good 2x10 or 2x12 cabinet. Avatar, Peavey, Dr. Bass, etc. I know I'm not going to get Epifani or Bergantino offers for this stuff, but will consider most anything.

But as always, cash is king. Cash in person, paypal or USPS money orders. No personal checks unless I know you IRL.

will ship any of the combo amps for an additional $100 to anywhere in the continental US. or actual shipping, whichever is less.

the only way i know how to do that is for you to pay the $100 and i'll refund you the difference. i can get shipping quotes on ups but they never seem to be quite right.

i ran a few numbers at the ups website, and oddly enough - this cab WILL ship with UPS.

it's a little spendy, though. about the best quote i found was $200.

if you'll pay it, i'll ship it.
