Hey guys, got a sweet bass here that I am not playing. Its an SX fretless P bass. Maple fretboard with lines, sunburst body with red tort pickguard. I play strictly 5's and everytime I pick this up to noodle on, I just miss that low B. It is however, a great playing fretless, and will give someone a chance to get in the fretless world for low money (I know times are tight right now) I am not playing it which means that someone is gonna get a nice Christmas present :)

Some of you may remember seeing this bass on here a while back, with a different (marked up) neck. Well I bought a new neck from someone here on TB. This neck is KILLER. He took the vintage stain off the fretboard (leaving it on the headstock and the back of the neck) and planed the board flat, then refinished it. It looks awesome and is really really flat compared to the rippled board on first neck. I also took most of the aftermarket parts off. The only things aftermarket are a Basslines 1/4 pickup, shielding, new american pots and mini knobs, and a red tort pickguard.

The only "flaw" is that there are 4 pickguard screws missing...the ne guard had more holes than the old one. I might be able to get some for those with ocd :)

This can be strung with new rounds or the stock SX flats.

Not looking for any trades at all, just some christmas cash. Paypal ONLY!

Will be double boxed and packed well but with no case. These things go for about $130 shipped stock, and this has about $75 in upgraded stuff, so I will use that figure and say $130 shipped great deal here guys :)

Darn. :)

Just out of curiosity: what exact Quarter Pounders are in there?

Looks like an awesome bass.

htharp, enjoy it.

Actually I have no idea, which is shame on me because I like knowing what the heck I have going on. I bought it used here on TB, and it sounds great :)

Actually there was a guy first in line (by PM) who got it. But nontheless he will enjoy a bass that I cannot find the time to give attention to.
