Just wondering what's out there. I picked this up recently and I'm not sure if it's a keeper. Completely different tone than the 08 Am. St. Jazz I had before. I think i'm a more "vintage" tone guy.
serial indicates its from '99
Blackstone finish
EMG's with EMG BQC, (Volume / Pan / stacked Mids with Mid Freq Sweep / stacked Bass and Treble
Truss rod
The front of the bass is in almost new condition with the exception of a repaired chip where the neck meets the neck pickup (probably from reinstalling the neck after a setup). The tip of the headstock is also dinged. On the back there is a good amount of buckle rash. Some of the chrome on the bridge is also chipped.
I'm pretty much looking for a Sadowsky, or a boutique jazz! 5 strings only though.
Shoot other offers my way! Worst I can say is "no thanks!"
