Now up for trades-any small cab, preamp pedals, basses, recording gear, whatever you want to throw at me! Will throw in a bit of cash depending on trade.
If you are on the fence about this, I can post a recording to show how it sounds.
Sound-9/10-Only because I dislike the treble past noon, I usually cut it or keep it at noon max-this is just my personal preference with my basses. Otherwise it kicks ass.
Cosmetically-7.5/8 out of 10-read below
I bought this brand new in 2003 for about 500 dollars. I love this amp, even more than the Ampeg I just sold, but I just don't have as much use (and need the money from selling it!) for it anymore now that I bought an avatar 2x10 for smaller gigs and home use(those things are light as hell, and this way I can use my eden head anytime!). Sounds great, cosmetically there is a little bit of a knick/cut into the wood carpet on the bottom to the front right, along with another corner or two with a bit of wear and tear on the carpet. Overall the carpet looks kind of ragged from all of the transportation and shows-not to mention the pets have had their fun with it, heh. Still, a great sounding and a cool looking amp-very heavy duty(I've heard a story that someone threw this down a flight of steps, and supposedly afterwards it worked perfectly fine). Thanks for looking!
