I bought this new eleven months ago. It has been used responsibly, and solely in my home studio and in my band studio; both are clean, smoke-free environments. Every function works great. There are a few scratches on the bottom; the padded tote bag has prevented new ones from occuring. I painted a thin black line in the detent on each knob to make it easier to see the EQ settings. I just purchased a ShuttleMAX12 and no longer need this equipment.
