Here's some pictures of the bass. The bass is probably around 9 pounds maybe a little more. It's pretty light for a fender.

I put a shim in the neck to give it a little neck angle and that made the saddles have to go up a little too high, so i put a shim under the bridge too. If the neck angle/bridge shim isn't your cup o' tea let me know and i can take it off.

Also...i can provide the original pre amp.

I'd be up for a trade if anyone has a decent combo amp. I've been looking at the Roland D bass 210 and markbass 210. If you have one of those amps or something similar let me know.

While i'm posting. There's a new set of strings on the bass and i throw in another new set...why not.

Is that Maple shim glued on?

Are the ferrule plugs glued in?

Are the ferrules still around?

No the shim is just held in place by the screws running through the bridge into the body. The plugs are glued in but it would be easy to drill out again. I probably have the ferrules around somewhere but i'd have to go looking for them.

One of my friends has a Vic 5 string. It's one of the best sounding Jazz Basses I've ever heard. If I had the cash, I'd buy this one.
