Hey everybody,
For sale is the Roscoe SKB-3006 featured in many of the Perfect Bass's ads (the ones that show a guy from the back about to plug in a bass). I bought this bass in 2007 from the Perfect Bass in Baton Rouge. Here are the specs:
Exhibition grade Quilted Maple top and back (crazy spalt and figuring on the back)
Soft Maple body
Tobacco Sunburst finish
Maple wedge neck
Bolivian Rosewood center lamination with Rosita stringers and Maple and Cherry accent laminations
Katalox fingerboard
Bartolini pickups and preamp
35" scale length
Comes with Roscoe hardshell case and letter from Keith Roscoe
The bass is in good condition, although there is some wear. There are two chips in the finish near the rear strap button, but they are superficial. There is also some light scraping in the finish on the rear of the instrument (from buttons, so it's very light).
I'm looking to get $2100.
