I am the original owner of this fine Benavente. I bought it directly from Bryan Barrett at The Low End. He shipped it straight to me. I also had him rewire the LEJ Preamp for my liking. I was wired with a tone control.
It also features the LEJ slim line Jazz Bass pickups in wood covers. These pickups were only made on this bass for The Low End.
It is a nice punchy bass. The snap on this thing roars through the mix. I have never disliked its tone whether I am using my rig or a crappy rig. It always does it's job.
