Bought this from a friend recently. He played it one hour when he got it, and it's sat in the case ever since. It's the newest condition I've seen on a Cirrus. In fact, I bought a new Cirrus 5 last year from a store, and this one is in superior shape. I can't find one single flaw on it. It didn't even have finger prints on it when I got it. The case is new, the manual, wrenches, strap locks, everything, new. You'll notice this has the new headstock, not the older style. It's beautiful with the maple neck. It makes me ill that I have to sell a bass in this condition for that, but I have no choice. Makes me wonder how the hell Peavey sells even ONE Cirrus bass new at a dealer for $1800.00. You could take this bass out of the new box and you'd still be amazed how nice it is.
