This is one beautiful Skyline Glaub that has had a ton of improvements done to it. TBer MattyG spent a lot of time refinishing the neck to be extremely comparable to A US neck, and added the black pickguard. I then converted it to a B-E-A-D configuration. A long night in rehearsal confirmed two things for me:
1. The BEAD on a 34" is a nice sounding alternative to the 35" scale 5 strings I have been wrestling with... but between my short arms, small stubby paws and carpal tunnel I was frightful at attempting the 5 string.
2. The "B" is a mental problem since I still flubbed it all up even with a great 4 string and 34" scale. Old dogs I guess...
... so I am going to make this wonderful bass available to anyone who is curious about this set up, as I was, for an incredible price of $700 shipped to the lower 48 in a gig bag. It is freshly set up by my tech with a new set of Chromes and ready for your test drive.
If there is no interest, I will simply keep it, change the nut and be back to standard tuning and move on.

... as always I am interested in trades involving a US Glaub...
