These were in my backup bass, a '96 MIA Fender Jazz. They are about 5 years old, but have never left my house or gigged. Don't have the instructions anymore, but you can probably download them from Fender. $60, shipped to Con USA only. Would prefer a money order, if possible. More pics on request if needed.
