Pm RE GHS Precision flats incoming

I forgot to include the gauges on the Precision flats. They are standard (.045- .105) gauge. Also, the DRs are in the same gauge, which is the only gauge they come in.

LaBella 760 FS.

FLs were too light and FMs were too heavy.

The GHS strings were very close to what I was looking for, but a little too much tension, and a little dark sound in the mids. Also very bright when new.

The DRs were almost my favorite. They have the best feel, and loads of punch in the lows and low mids, also nice smooth glassy highs. They actually sounded pretty nice on my P-bass, but had sizzle on that bass where I wanted growl. On the jazz bass, the DRs had loads of lows but still lacked that growl.

The LaBellas were the only ones that had the growl that I always had associated with rounds. They almost make the jazz sound like a P-bass when I wanted it to.

I still have them. They are very nice strings. Very fat, wide strings, but low tension for the huge size. Almost pillow-like. The only thing I didn't like about them is the diameter, which strangely effects the attack.

All strings that were paid for were sent out this morning. I wouldn't have the slightest clue on how much it would be to send these to Croatia. Should I just use the U.S. postal service?

Yes, so far they were reliable for all my purchases from US.
