I bought this new from Malekko a few months ago, and haven't been able to find a sound that works in my band. It's never been on a pedalboard or even stepped on with shoes -- just tried a couple times at home. It's pretty much exactly as it was when Josh shipped it to me, except that it's cheaper (my loss, your gain). Just a few scratches on the bottom that I've tried to picture.
