This is a fantastic sounding Stingray. But it has one thing that may turn some people off. It has some major dings on the back from the previous owner. He was a punk rocker and apparently liked to wear a spiky belt buckle. So when he did the "Good Night St Louis!", big chord, "Crash!" at the end of gigs his belt buckle put some major dings on the back. When I bought it I thought it looked like a shotgun blast and imagined someone catching them with their girlfriend and the bass saved their life. Sounds more interesting than a belt buckle at least.
Here's the front shot. This pic looks like more of a solid white but in person it's more of a vintage look and you can see the grain in the ash body. The body shot in the stream below is most accurate for the body's color. (Your monitor / my monitor color balance may vary.)

According to EBMM forums, only 4 Trans white / RW basses were built. Of course there are more now that the classic series is out. But this is a real classic. I believe it to be a '93 but it has more mojo and you would think it to be older when you play it.

EDIT: I forgot what everyone always wants to know, weight. On my digital bathroom scale by itself it's showing 8.2 lbs. Adding a dumbbell and the bass, then subtracting the weight of the dumbbell as measured by the scale (25.0 lbs) was giving a weight of 7.6 lbs. Usually the measurements with added weight are more accurate on a bathroom scale. 8.2 or 7.6, it's definitely a light bass - but it sounds like a heavyweight.
