There’s a thread on this bass here: Any ideas about who made this EUB?
I wanted to adjust the bridge to make it closer to 42” scale length (from 40”) and in the process, broke the bridge. It also looks like one of three piezo contacts (which were fitted into the bridge slots) broke off. I don’t know what the electronics setup is, but it’s a passive volume tone situation. It sounded pretty good when it was working, which led me to sell two other EUBs…before I broke it. Ugh
I think to get this to my preferred length, a new bridge would be best. I don’t feel like dealing with that. I’ll also mention that I’m 6’ tall, and for my preferences, a slightly taller stand would be better. It looks to be a cane painted over and with one end cut off. There should be a simple solution for this if you feel the same as me.
So, I’m asking for $500 for this thing as-is, plus shipping, which shouldn’t be too ugly once I disassemble it. I have no case for this.
I do want an EUB to replace this, so if anyone wants to trade (down) for this, just reach out.
