What can I say, this bass is seriously amazing! The wenge neck is an absolute dream to play, the tone is monstrous and the folks at Dingwall and in the Dingwall community have all been stellar.
I thought I was rad enough to rock the white D-bird, but after spending a bit of time together, I would really like a black or phelham blue Dbird or Drock.
I would consider other 4 string Dingwall basses like a Super J or Super P with the caveat that they all have a WENGE neck and be made in Canada. I would also be open to another Spector Forte Helium, Roscoe with wenge neck, Mayones Viking or a Marleaux.
My D-bird is in like new condition and will include strap locks and a hardshell case with Dingwall tools and a new set of DR extra long strings.
