Selling a bass I purchased just a few months ago. I have rotator cuff tendonitis in my left shoulder and need to limit myself to lighter basses. This bass is 9.2 lbs, which turned out to be too heavy for me (I know that isn't that heavy, but it is for me). Which is too bad, because these are awesome basses and I'm sure someone will be quite happy with it.
This was the first bass that Bass Central got in with this color way and it is really awesome looking. The tones are great as well. It is in barely used condition, I have had it at 2 practices and 2 shows this year. I am very careful with my gear. It still has the original strings installed. Includes the Dingwall gig bag which is high quality and the toolkit with shim for the bridge.
Asking price is $2,200 shipped with the domestic US. No international shipping please. Trade interests would be lighter weight (8.5 lbs or less, the lighter the better) 4 string basses or 5 string basses with 17-18mm string spacing. No Musicman as I already have a Stingray Special. Feel free to offer anything you might have, worst I'll say is no thank you.
