What we have here is a brand spanking new EMG preamp from a Dingwall Combustion (I replaced with a DGTC). I brought the bass home Wednesday evening, new preamp was installed a day and half later. This has no gigs, shows, rehearsals or anything but an hour or two on my couch.
One thing I need to point out - I noticed on websites the Combustion eq points are listed as 30, 600, 6khz. However, the preamp clearly has a sticker saying it's the B30. Which, according to EMG, is 20, 900 and 7.5khz. I'm not gonna use it so I didn't bother to dig any deeper on that, you may want to contact Dingwall for confirmation.
