Up for sale is my Epiphone Jack Casady bass guitar. Ebony with rosewood fingerboard. Purchased new (with case) by me in 2009, lightly used and very well maintained. No significant dings or damage to be found. Currently strung with TI flats (2-3 years old). 8 lbs on the bathroom scale.
Upgrades and maintenance include a thorough set up by a local luthier on the basis of PLEK PRO measurement and diagnostics in 2011. This included fret dressing, truss rod and nut slot adjustments, intonation, etc. Floating bridge has been reinforced. Tortoise pick-guard added because it looks cool (IMHO; original cream included). "Heads Up" weighted strap added to cure the neck dive. The case has a lot of stickers on it (!!).
I really have enjoyed this bass, but I don't take it out of the house and I am needing to thin the herd . . . .
Price includes shipping. I will let this go for $525 to someone willing to pick up locally in the Washington DC metro area.
