Looks likes candy green from looking at basses in 80's and probably was custom ordered back then which makes this rare.

Are you sure that’s the original paint?

I’m 99% sure I saw this bass on the wall at Lark Street Music in the ‘90s and Buzzy had that bass tagged as a refin.

Seems refinned. Fender paint stick marks don't look like that, nor does the matte finish. And curiously, no router hump, which I believe they maintained after the Fullerton reissues.

Silver and gray under the green. If you open picture you see glue residue from neck sticker. The neck was tight in pocket when taken apart.
