This neck is from a Fender Deluxe Active Jazz (MIM). Rosewood board with dots, standard Jazz profile (1.5" at the nut, modern C shape, truss rod access at the headstock) It's in mint condition, virtually no fret wear that I can see, only issue is that the original screw holes for the tuners have been filled and sanded, and a single new hole drilled for Hipshot ultralight tuners. All of those would be covered if you installed any type of Fender or vintage style tuners. The original holes are visible with Hipshots of course, but neatly filled and sanded flush. Truss rod works perfectly, the wood has no nicks or gouges anywhere.
4 bolt mount, fits any standard Fender or Squier body.
