Details

I bought this P bass on eBay as an impulse buy (obviously haha) and I realize I don't need it. I'm looking to sell now. The photos are the ones that were on the Ebay listing but they are accurate. Great playing bass and all I did was clean the body a little and put flat wounds on it (Daddario Chromes) Comes shipped in hard case.

Only trade's would be:

I ran the serial number when I got it (2 weeks ago) and concluded it is a 2010. Not sure what the nut width is (actually don't know what that means haha). If you tell me what to measure I can figure it out when I get home tonight.

I actually sold a fretless to buy this because I never played it haha. You can make an offer. Or shoot me a message!

Is this a standard MIM or the 50's precision? The tint and lettering on the neck make it appear to the 50s, which would make this a great deal!

I'm interested in the neck if you're willing to part it out.

Measure the synthetic bone at the very top of your fretboard. The white part where your strings rest. That's your nut width.

Good luck with the sale.

Sorry haven't been checking this. I was told this a Mexican standard but when I went to guitar center and played the 50's (Mexican) and the standard, this bass felt more like the 50's. I'm not 100% sure though. Please PM for more info or questions about buying.

Looks like a MIM standard to me. A classic 50's has longer tuning stems, and the truss adjustment is at the heel.

I agree. It's a MIM Standard the neck just feels different (slightly thinner) than most. Beautiful bass though. Also sorry but not interested in splitting the bass and the neck. You can take the whole thing and do it yourself though.
