Fender Rumble 40 V3 Bass amp for sale. This amp has a intermittent “hissing / static “ noise going on. Sometimes it’s perfectly quiet and sometimes the noise comes on. Not sure if it’s an easy fix or not, hence the low price. Otherwise the cosmetic condition and overall shape of the amp is excellent.
