Are you the original owner? If so, did you buy it before January 1, 2017. The reason I asked is because Fender changed their warranty policy on electronics to a 2 year warranty that is non transferable. Purchases made before 1/1/17 still carry the 5 year transferable warranty which Fender will honor with original sales slip signed over to new owner.

I am the original owner and yes it has the 5 year warranty. I have no idea where the sales slip is but I registered it on the fender website.
