This is the hardest decision that I have ever have to make. I am letting go my 2019 Fodera Monarch deluxe custom. This bass has the most incredible look and sounding tone that cuts and sit throught the mix so perfectly. The best bass I have ever owned and played in my 23 years of playing bass. Not to mentioned that is one of the most comfortable bass I have ever owned, the specs are perfect, and the weight is just incredible, the bass with its fodera tuners weights at 8lbs 11oz according to Fodera, I installed hipshot USA light weight gold tuners and it made the bass even lighter, I believed is closer to the 8Lbs 6oz. The reason for the bass to be very light is because it has a semi hollow body.
The hip shot tuners are installed and the sound become very punchy cutting even more through the mix. I will also include the original Fodera Tuners that are in mint condition. The condition of this bass is 9.99 out of 10, because it had a very small ding that is repaired on the side edge (see picture), you really got to look for it because it’s hard to see. I have always babied this bass. One of the most stunning of many things about this bass is the top wood, it looks like a burl, or chestnut, but is actually Buckeye burl. I also had the inlays made out of buckeye. The case it has some white marks because I use the case mostly to store the bass at my house closet, the times I played at my church I use a reunion blues gig bag. It comes with the paperwork and tools it came with.
