This listing is for my Form Factor Bi400 head. It is in mint condition and works perfectly, no issues. This is for sure one of my favorite heads of all time. The preamp is awesome, it has plenty of power, it is quiet (no noise), and it has all the relevant features right up front. Super light and easily transportable, but not so small that it feels like a toy. Comes with the power cord.
