Up for sale/trade is my beautiful flame maple Schecter Custom 4. I've used this exclusively at church but it has taken a seat after the arrival of my Cirrus. Most of those familiar with these basses know how underrated they really are.
The top is flame maple over a mahogany body. This bass is crazy light...BY FAR the lightest I have ever played. I would say it is in the 8lb range...possibly slightly less. There are a few fingernail type dings on the body. None affect playability . The neck is CRAZY thin and great for those that like to play fast. Very little fretwear. The strings are starting to show some wear but still exhibit a nice bite.
The electronics are all original and NO modding has been done. They are passive EMG HZ pickups and run through a EMG 2 band preamp. They are 100% functional. There is a small amount of pot noise in the volume pot when turning down from full volume. I only notice this when using in ears and not through my amp setup. I'm sure contact cleaner will fix this.
The bass ships with a gig bag.
