Thanks again for the comments on this bass. It is indeed an incredible instrument and a testament to the genius that is Gary Willis. He is not only a visionary and virtuoso musically but is also a skilled and creative engineer. I hate to sell this instrument but need to raise some funds at the moment. If that changes then this bass will be staying with me.

I just want to point out that in the first pic you will see 2 small use marks. The first is at the end of the fingerboard just above the ramp where there is a small round dent. The other is on the body where your forearm rests there is an indentation. And on the picture showing the back at the bottom of the body just below the control cavity there is a small scrape that is hard to see due to the glare in the picture. I will post more pics of these later.

This is a players bass, I did gigs with it, but the wear marks are not unusual or bad. The bodies on these basses are very soft which is why they are so light and resonant and thus will have some indentations and scrapes unless they sat in a closet. If you are looking for a mint condition bass this is not it. However, these are no longer made. If you want a brand new one with the super light ash body and ebony fretboard you are out of luck. They are not available. And the new version with the ebonol neck will cost you thousands more than this.
