I need to sell one of my MIJ Geddy Lee Jazz basses. I'm not playing as much anymore so I don't need three of them. Fender discontinued this model in mid-2012, moved production to Mexico, dropped the Badass bridge, changed the model number, and lowered the price - what does all that suggest? If you are looking for one of the classic MIJ Geddy basses, this could be it. Or you could pay $900 plus tax/shipping for the replacement MIM version.
I think this is the best Jazz bass that Fender has produced. It has it all. This bass has one little ding near the bridge (pictured) but other than that it's in excellent shape. Comes with a hard case. $650.00 shipped to the lower 48. I'm open for partial trades. I'm looking for a VT bass pedal and a Diamond compressor. Other interesting trades are also welcome.
