This does have the blend control, I had it hooked up to a single pickup bass so bypassed the blend. It can easily be reattached (soldered) back into the circuit. Includes the wiring schematic so it is very easy follow and do yourself.
The blend pot isn't pictured because I left it in the workshop... but the blong IS included.
