I ordered this neck from Jerry Dorsch of GGS Graphite Guitar System earlier this year. It is brand new with a satin finish the same way Jerry builds Geoff Goulds necks. Jerry makes a great bass, his work is normally for sale at Bass Pluckers in NC the owner Greg is a big phan of graphite necks. Since this was ordered as a neck only it was not Plek’d like the necks found on Geoffs basses, so yes there maybe a possibility the frets need proper leveling I’m not sure. It’s basically a brand new Modulus neck and the only reason I’m selling it is my neurologist diagnosed me with ulnar nerve entrapment on my fretting hand, I’ve been having issues playing lately with my ring and pinky finger so I’m deciding to sadly let this neck go. This neck has the jazz 1.5 nut and is sized to fit Fender/Warmoth neck pockets. There is some very light swirl marks near the string tree hard to capture on camera and one very small chip close to the heel. The tuners are brand new made by Gotoh, neck is brand new so frets have zero wear. It does have a truss rod that was verified working both directions.
