This preamp is FTF sale pending until Friday!!!

I have a fully functional GT Studio Bass Preamp. Original GT tube. I have owned it for 10 years. I recently lubricated all pots/switches so she is ready to rock. This is basically the front end of the SWR 220. The GT has a HUGE frequency range with parametric EQ section. Also a usable limiter and enhancer. I've went back to the Navigator so its time for this to go.

Cosmetically, I'll give it a 7/10. The only obvious flaw is the crossover knob is cracked.
Random light scratches that show it's age as can be seen in phots.

$220 takes it home shipped with PP payment.

Trade interests are as follows......not looking to add any cash at the moment

Carvin BX500
Markbass Bass Synth
Fuzz and tube overdrive pedals.......try me
Ditto looper
Carbon Copy
Other pedals.......try me

For anyone who doesn't already know...
This is one of the very coolest pre-amps amps ever made. Superb hand made quality, 4-band para-EQ and all the patch ability you need.
I have this in the SWR Studio220. The SWR220 is the exact same thing with an additional 220 watt power amp (which I use at home for a practice amp).
Otherwise my bass goes from a Sans Amp RBI, into the front of the SWR/Groove Tube pre-amp, out of the SWR/Groove pre-amp send and into a Crest power amp.
From there to a Bergantino AE410 and the sound is killer, all day long!
This pre-amp sounds great on it's own but when you add a Sans Amp in front of it, it is simply mind numbing goodness.
This pre-amp is a steal at $275... IMHO.

I sold Liam the Studio 220 but, only because I replaced it with a Groove Tube preamp. I use a VT Bass in front and a Crown at the back.

My only comment is that the sensitivity of the power amp (0.77V) needs to be matched with the output of the preamp to get the most out of the pre

I run it with an XLS1500 and it has TONS of headroom!
