Novak BS-DS pickup
When I bought it the headstock had been broken and bolted back on. I had it restored about 12 years ago by Jim Mouradian who did an excellent job. The repair is well done, very solid, and no issues since it was done. Jim also restored the binding that was separating in a few places, again an excellent job. Jim also installed the Novak pickup.
It's a wonderful bass with a classic sound that only Guild Starfires can deliver.
