Hiero Effects B.E.A.D fuzz is inspired by the original Maestro Brassmaster.
This unique pedal reproduces the legendary octave fuzz tone, but with additional features for greater flexibility and versatility.
Controls:
Drive - controls amount of fuzz,
Voice - mid freq control,
Tone - fuzz side LPF,
Gate - allows you to change the character of the fuzz from a hardgated synth tone to a smooth highly saturated sound,
Blend - mixes the clean and distorted signals,
Level - overall output volume,
Internal trimpot - clean side LPF,
Shift switch - changes the tonal and harmonic balance,
Mode switch - allows you to choose one of three modes of pedal operation: it's a classic octave fuzz in the middle position, and two non-brassmaster fuzz styles - smooth compressed drive in down position or biting sparkle fuzz in up position.
The pedal works great with both passive and active basses, as well as guitars. It has a compact pedalboard-friendly enclosure with all jacks on top, true bypass footswitch and low power consumption = 10mA (battery power not provided).
