Hi Jerry,
I just had a guy initiate a return on a $400 item I sold on eBay 2 weeks ago. All he said was "Beautiful tuners,they didn't fit my project". eBay will automatically deduct $400 as soon as they show delivered so that's going to set us back until the first week in April unless my luck changes. Good news is they refund my $44 in fees. I'll work on trying to recoup but that was an unexpected swift kick in the nads. Let's shoot for first week in April for sure and if I can get the money earlier I will let you know. I made $100 today changing out a compressor clutch on a 1994 Olds 88 so that is going in the piggy bank for the bass. I just got the dudes return email from eBay so I contacted you immediately. I'm going to list some more stuff and see what I can do here for odd jobs. Murphy's Law.

Still on for the Sunday the 3rd Jerry. We will have 1600 cash in hand. Wife has been working OT every day and even went in Sunday and Monday her days off. I have sold some items on Reverb as well. I'll contact you just before for directions or if you have a landmark we can meet at coming into town, Quick Trip, etc to follow you or right there. Whatever works. Wife is stoked. I am really thankful for your patience. It means a lot to us. knowing you were the original owner and it means a lot to you really helps too. My wife is very interesting she holds on to everything she has ever owned. I buy and sell all the time so I and more fickle in some ways. But I too hold on to the good ones. Of course there are those I never should have sold that haunt me but the ones I never bought haunt me worse. Nothing worse than walking in the day after it sold to finally buy it. Look forward to next Sunday brother. We will be in "Eeyore"
the only vehicle I have ever owned I named. Same color. Same attitude. 1999 Windstar Van I brought back from the dead last summer. It had been left that way for good reason. Very faithful friend so far.

I'm at 918 949 4446 here in Tulsa but it is an ancient of days landline so once we are in the van we lose contact until we get there or find a cell phone to borrow. We will have the full 1600 and yes the wife is pretty excited about it.

Listening to the opening and 2nd track of your CD. Very cool. When and if you get time check out a band called "Flying Colors" on YouTube too, and Transatlantic(Another Greg Morse project). They sound in many ways similar to the musicians you are. I like the CD a lot brother. I played the bass for awhile last night. I was pretty whooped, took a nap and got 'er out. Sounds good to me. Stephanie will get around to it eventually. Thanks again this means a lot to us both

The combination to the case was 167. (He he) I switched the combo to 333. That keyboard player from TranSiberian is ridiculous. Good luck keeping up with that...good grief is he good. I linseed oiled the body and re applied the knobs closer to the body (yes I know about the pot tabs they are fragile. I did not break any. The split/stack knobs for the bass/treble boosts were a little high so I lightly sanded the shaft and tapped the outer one down carefully with a fretting hammer so now it's nice and low and not wobbly. The two things I note are Ibanez's use of cheapass pots and the spliced neck/headstock joint. You would have thought they would have used better stuff. All in all this little bass is a hot rod and once I get the set up right it will be very cool..not that it wasn't, it's just personal taste.
