Ibanez BTB1005 Made In Japan. Serial number dates this to 2004. I don't have the Ibanez specs but here's what I know.

Ibanez pickups and 18 volt preamp. One pic shows the control layout.

Strung with DR Pure Blues 45 - 125
19mm spacing at the bridge, nut width 46.5mm/1.83 inches, neck depth at first fret .820 inches, 12th fret .825 inches. Dual Truss rod, both work perfectly.
Has a few small nicks shown in the pictures with flash on to highlight the defects.
Very nice bass, I hardly play 5 string and need to send it on its way.
